    Black Friday Fire

    Jun 28, 2017 ·

"Black Friday Fire" 2013, Acrylic on Plexiglass and oil on wood with wooden frame and padlock, 34 x 56 inches

I completed this painting in 2013. It is about the "Black Friday Fire" which killed at least 112 apparel workers, and injured many more, at Tazreen Fashion Ltd., in Bangladesh on November 24, 2012.
