Some of my favorite art work is by the artist Robert Rauschenberg (1925-2008). He is best known as a painter of the pop art movement who combined non-traditional materials and objects into his paintings as well as silk screens, image transfers and much more. He was dyslexic and usually preferred to draw or paint rather than read or write. His art work is particularly inspiring because he was a master of composition and managed to draw viewers in despite a barrage of seemingly unrelated images and objects.
