    Art Studio

    Dec 7, 2020 ·

Take a look behind the scenes in my artist studio. Several projects are always going on at once!

I took over this 9 foot by 11 foot bedroom and equipped it with storage cabinets that double as a work bench. Hanging on the wall you can also see several completed projects.

While my work space is limited my ideas are not. I usually have several artworks in progress at one time.

Working on multiple projects allows me to work on one painting while another is drying and gives me mental a physical breaks. I prefer to work for shorter periods of time on multiple projects because of my intense work process and subject matter.

My work flow and focus is also improved when I can move around within my studio space, choosing which pieces to give attention to at any given time.

In addition, because I continually have countless numbers of ideas for new work am always anxious to begin new projects.
